As such, we will be conducting advising sessions remotely. You should schedule an appointment with one of our advisors by going to the “Contact Us” page and clicking the “Book Appointment” link below an advisor’s name. This will take you to their booking page. Choose a day/time that will work for you to video conference with an advisor. When you create an appointment, you will receive a confirmation email from Google Calendar and an event will be added to your Google Calendar. Your advisor will update the calendar invitation to include a “Google Meet” link.
When it’s time for your meeting, you can access the virtual conference by going to Google Calendar and clicking the link in the appointment, or by going to meet.google.com and clicking on the appointment there. If you do not have access to a computer or if you have limited internet capability, please let us know after you make your appointment. We are committed to helping you in any way we can, so we will work something out together.
If it’s time for you to meet with your advisor and you’re having trouble accessing the video conference, send them an email to let them know and they can help you. Their information is listed on the “Contact Us” page.
