Student Support Coordinator
Pathway Student Advisor
As an undergraduate first generation student, I found support during my first semester in college and assistance when I transferred institutions. These positive experiences lead to my desire to help students as they become acclimated to college. I earned my undergraduate degree in Sociology from Kean University and Masters in Academic Advising from Kansas State University.
I joined TCNJ in 2019, eager to continue supporting students on their academic, professional, and personal journeys like so many had done for me! I especially enjoy working with first year students regarding academic endeavors, course selections, time management, and goals for their college journey. I also love supporting and working with the peer mentors.
In addition to working at TCNJ I am a member of the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA) and reside in New Jersey with my family.
As a Student Support Coordinator, my primary responsibilities and goals are:
Assigned Advisor to TCNJ’s Pathway Program students
Supporting the Pathway Peer Mentors
Academic coaching for all TCNJ students
