Student Support Coordinator
Pathway Student Advisor
I was born and raised in New Jersey, so I’ve always felt motivated to give back to students in my home state. After double-majoring in English and German as an undergraduate, I worked with TRiO student support programs, before pursuing a graduate degree in Higher Education. Since then, I have worked in an advising capacity at a number of different institutions, finally finding my home at TCNJ in the Summer of 2023.
My prior work has focused on student access, success, and retention, so the Pathway Program at TCNJ was a perfect fit for me. My favorite thing about working with first-year students is watching them adjust in the first semester, overcoming obstacles, gaining skills, and growing into newer, more confident versions of themselves.
When I’m not busy supporting students at TCNJ, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being outside, reading, and playing tabletop games.
As a Student Support Coordinator, my primary responsibilities and goals are:
Assigned Advisor to TCNJ’s Pathway Program students
Data and reporting for the Pathway Program
Academic coaching for all TCNJ students
